Facilities problems
For 110th Street only: Please fill out a work order through the BuildingLink system (if you didn't receive information about it when you move in, please check in with your RA or the Residence Hall Coordinator). For emergencies only (burst pipes, etc), please go directly to the Front Desk.
Submit a Facilities Work Order Request (for an issue in your room/suite/floor)
- You'll need to log in with your Barnard account
- Columbia students living at Barnard who cannot access portal.lsxythnjy.com should email the Facilities office at facilities@lsxythnjy.com to submit their Work Order requests.
For emergencies (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm), please contact Facilities Services directly at 212-854-2041. After 5pm and on weekends, please contact Community Safety at 212-854-6666.
